Bārta's church ruins

The ruins of the Bārta church are located on the border of the parishes of Bārta and Dunika. The first church in this place was built in 1560. Over time, there were several churches, until in 1892 a stone church was built according to the project of the well-known Liepāja architect Maks Paula Berči. The church building was destroyed in 1945 and has not been restored.
